• Where is my data stored? Records and custom prices are stored locally on your device.
• Does the app upload screenshots? No. Camera and photo access are used only for on-device OCR prefill.
• Does the app require an account or API key? No account, API key, backend, analytics SDK, or network service is required.
• Why can estimates differ from provider invoices? Provider pricing, cache behavior, discounts, taxes, and billing rules can change. Treat app results as estimates and confirm final invoices with the provider.

Troubleshooting

• If OCR does not detect the expected values, enter the model and token fields manually before saving.
• If a provider changes prices, add a custom price until the built-in catalog is updated.
